Spicy one-pot pasta with minced beef

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small red chili pepper(s)
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 300 g minced beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 120 g spaghetti
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes, yellow
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tsp, heaped sambal oelek
  • some chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and dice the onion. Wash, deseed, and finely dice the chili pepper. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets. If desired, peel the broccoli stalk and cut it into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, and season with salt and pepper. Add the onion and diced chili and fry briefly. Add the broccoli and noodles, deglaze with stock, and cook with the lid on for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Wash and halve the tomatoes, wash the parsley, shake dry, and chop. Add the tomatoes, sambal oelek, and parsley to the noodles, heat briefly, and season to taste, adding salt and pepper if desired. I like it spicier, so I add chili flakes or more sambal oelek, but that’s up to you.
