Spicy pepper soup with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 Pepper, 1 red and 1 green
  • 50 g butter
  • 500 g minced pork
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tbsp sweet mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Deseed and dice the bell peppers. Halve the tomatoes, remove the stems and seeds, and cut the flesh into pieces. Deseed the bell peppers and cut into rings. Heat butter in a saucepan. Sauté the minced meat and vegetables. Add tomato paste, mustard, and sugar. Pour in the broth and cook for about 25 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
