Spicy Potato Salad

The perfect spicy potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Smaller potatoes
  • 250 ml Thomy’S delicacy mayonnaise
  • 400 g Meat salad without ingredients, e.g. cucumber
  • 3 piece Spreewald pickled cucumbers from the barrel
  • 1 piece Green cucumber
  • 2 piece Apples – Boskoopf
  • 3 piece Smaller onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Cook potatoes in their skins.
  2. While the potatoes are boiling, cut the cucumber, onions and apples into small pieces and place in a large bowl / saucepan. Mix in the meat salad.
  3. Peel the cooked potatoes, cut in half, cut into slices with the egg cutter and add to the other ingredients.
  4. Stir in the Thomy delicatessen mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, stir everything again vigorously – the salad is ready.
  5. The amounts of ingredients can be varied according to taste. It is a good idea to make the salad the day before it is eaten, as it can go through well. As a complement to the potato salad, sausages, fried eggs, grilled chicken, fish … can be served.
