Spicy Potato Salad
The perfect spicy potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Smaller potatoes
- 250 ml Thomy’S delicacy mayonnaise
- 400 g Meat salad without ingredients, e.g. cucumber
- 3 piece Spreewald pickled cucumbers from the barrel
- 1 piece Green cucumber
- 2 piece Apples – Boskoopf
- 3 piece Smaller onions
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Cook potatoes in their skins.
- While the potatoes are boiling, cut the cucumber, onions and apples into small pieces and place in a large bowl / saucepan. Mix in the meat salad.
- Peel the cooked potatoes, cut in half, cut into slices with the egg cutter and add to the other ingredients.
- Stir in the Thomy delicatessen mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, stir everything again vigorously – the salad is ready.
- The amounts of ingredients can be varied according to taste. It is a good idea to make the salad the day before it is eaten, as it can go through well. As a complement to the potato salad, sausages, fried eggs, grilled chicken, fish … can be served.
