Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- 3 tsp pesto, green
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 50 g cheese, grated
- n. B. Pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Potatoes with a twist
Prepare the potatoes and cook them in a pressure cooker for 12 minutes. Peel the potatoes, halve them lengthwise, and place them in a baking dish. Mix the pesto with the crushed garlic, cheese, and finely chopped peppers and spread over the potatoes. Bake the potatoes at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
