Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g ribs
  • 1 rib (Kassler ribs)
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tbsp soup greens, dried
  • broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown all the ribs in a little oil. Add the finely diced onions, add the broth, and the soup vegetables. Let it simmer for at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The ribs are done when the meat falls away from the bones. The smoked pork ribs add a great flavor! Side dishes: sauerkraut and boiled potatoes.
