Avocado Basil Dip

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 bunches of basil
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 100 g cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the basil, finely chop the leaves, and squeeze the lemon. Halve the avocado, puree the flesh with lemon juice, and add all the ingredients (the lemon prevents the avocado cream from browning). Season with salt and pepper.
