Spicy Salad Design

The perfect spicy salad design recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable stock (see recipe)
  • 0,5 tsp Garlic paste (see recipe)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  • 1 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Chili oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Himalayan salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Mix the rapeseed oil, chilli oil and Balamico Bianco well together.
  2. Add vegetable stock (vegetable stock), garlic paste (garlic paste), Dijon mustard, finely chopped herbs, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Then season to taste.
  4. Tip 4: Suitable for oak leaf lettuce, light leaf salads, Lollo Bianco, lettuce and lentil salad.
