Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp Vegetable stock (see recipe)
- 0,5 tsp Garlic paste (see recipe)
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
- 1 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Chili oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- Himalayan salt from the mill
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- Mix the rapeseed oil, chilli oil and Balamico Bianco well together.
- Add vegetable stock (vegetable stock), garlic paste (garlic paste), Dijon mustard, finely chopped herbs, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Then season to taste.
- Tip 4: Suitable for oak leaf lettuce, light leaf salads, Lollo Bianco, lettuce and lentil salad.
