Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable stock (see recipe)
  • 0,5 tsp Garlic paste (see recipe)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley until smooth
  • 1 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Chili oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Himalayan salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Mix the rapeseed oil, chilli oil and Balamico Bianco well together.
  • Add vegetable stock (vegetable stock), garlic paste (garlic paste), Dijon mustard, finely chopped herbs, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Then season to taste.
  • Tip 4: Suitable for oak leaf lettuce, light leaf salads, Lollo Bianco, lettuce and lentil salad.
