Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter of water
  • 1 tbsp beef broth, instant
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • some salt
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the water to a boil. Stir the stock into the water until dissolved. Mix in the mustard, sambal oelek, vinegar, salt, and oil. Wash the parsley, pat dry, finely chop, and stir into the sauce. 131 kcal per serving.
