Quick two-ingredient breakfast cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large bananas
  • e.g. muesli (fruit muesli), approx. 1.5 – 2 cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

One cup contains 200-250 ml. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the two bananas and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash the bananas with a fork and add 1.5-2 cups of fruit muesli (or other muesli). Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and, using two tablespoons, place about 8 cookies on the sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes and let cool thoroughly.
