Spicy sausage soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 125 g bacon, streaky, diced
  • 2 onions, large, diced
  • 500 ml tomato juice
  • 500 ml vegetable juice
  • 1 tsp marjoram, thyme, savory, black pepper, paprika, each
  • 4 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 8 Mett sausages, smoked, sliced
  • 1 can/n beans, white, approx. 400g
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 dashes lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the bacon and onions in hot oil until translucent. Pour in the tomato and vegetable juice, add the spices, and garlic, and cook for about 15 minutes. Heat the sausages and beans in the soup. Season the soup with salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Serve with sour cream.
