Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder
- ½ liter coffee cream
- 1 pinch of coffee powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 350 ml liqueur (peppermint liqueur)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder through a sieve. Then gradually add the other ingredients.
