Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • ½ liter coffee cream
  • 1 pinch of coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 350 ml liqueur (peppermint liqueur)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder through a sieve. Then gradually add the other ingredients.
