Spicy sheep's cheese with Serrano ham and lavender-basil honey

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sheep’s cheese
  • 3 slices of Serrano ham
  • 6 black olives, pitted
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 10 lavender flowers
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Coat the feta cheese with Serrano cheese and brush with honey. Toss in chili oil and arrange the basil and lavender blossoms on top. Halve the olives and add them. Grill the whole thing uncovered in aluminum foil (folding up all edges) for 15 minutes in a convection oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Serve with baguette, for example.
