Spicy spaghetti casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 100 g bacon
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 150 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Mix the passata with salt, pepper, chives, and marjoram. Finely chop the onions and bacon and fry them. Mix the cream, crème fraîche, ketchup, crushed garlic clove, and a little salt and pepper. Brush a baking dish with oil and fill it with the spaghetti, tomato mixture, cheese, and then the cream mixture. Cover and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
