Spicy spaghetti salad

Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • ½ tbsp vinegar (essence)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 hours; Total time approx. 20 hours 20 minutes

very hot and deliciously spicy

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Trim and wash the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, and slice the leek into rings. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Mix everything together and let it marinate well. It’s recommended to make the salad a day in advance!
