Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tbsp Maggi
- 700 ml vegetable stock
- 500 g creamed spinach
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 ½ tbsp herb cheese spread
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
simple and very tasty
Finely chop the onion and fry it with the minced meat in a little oil. Add the Maggi seasoning, deglaze with vegetable stock, and bring to a boil. Add the creamed spinach and let it thaw in the stock. Stir in the cream, processed cheese, chili powder, and the remaining spices and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Delicious served with a tablespoon of sour cream.
