Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g tomatoes, dried, finely chopped
  • 30 g walnuts, finely chopped
  • 45 g Parmesan, finely chopped
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp ajvar
  • 1 tsp, heaped curry paste, red
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • n. B. Salt (tomato)
  • n. B. basil, approx. 3-4 tbsp

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with Parmesan, cream cheese and walnuts, delicious on bread and with vegetables

Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a tall container, perhaps reserving some tomato pieces for extra bite. Serve with bread or as a vegetable dip. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. I froze some leftovers.
