Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cheese (butter cheese)
  • 1 vegetable onion(s) (approx. 100 g)
  • 150 g bell pepper(s)
  • 150 g corn
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mixture), frozen
  • 40 ml vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil, cold pressed
  • herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, finely dice the cheese (I had the cheese sliced ​​slightly thicker at the cheese counter). Finely slice the onion (I also cut it into small dice), then add it to the cheese. Deseed and finely dice the bell peppers and add them. Drain the corn and add it. Then make a dressing with the rapeseed oil, herb vinegar, herb salt, sugar, white pepper, and herbs. Pour it over the mixture and mix well. It’s best to let it sit for a while.
