Spicy turkey and sweet potato pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g sweet potatoes
  • 300 g minced meat (turkey)
  • 1 medium-sized red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 20 g butter (steak & grill)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika paste, hot
  • Salt (onion)
  • chili paste
  • possibly cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into small cubes, and cook in salted water. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and sauté in a little oil. Add the ground turkey and sear until crisp. Add the finely chopped bell pepper to the pan. Add the sweet potatoes and sear gently. Mix in the drained corn and season well. Finally, I add the Steak & Grill butter, so no sauce is needed.
