Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 sausages (white sausages)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 zucchini
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 stalk of thyme
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 pinch(s) rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the onion and chop it not too finely. Brown it vigorously in oil. Meanwhile, slice the sausages, bell peppers, and zucchini. Add to the onions and fry until the vegetables are cooked but still firm to the bite. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Serve with pretzels or bread; if you like, you can also serve with fried potatoes.
