Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g dry white wine
- 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1
- 5 carnations
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crush the cloves slightly, heat them with the white wine and the preserving sugar. Let it boil for about 5 minutes, then strain through a sieve and fill jars. The jelly is perfect for making dominoes.
