Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g ham, diced
- 1 can of mushrooms, sliced, approx. 250 g
- 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp cream, sweet
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil with the ham, one at a time. Next, drain the mushrooms, add them, and sauté with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Now add the sour cream and mix well. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, add the cream, and simmer for about 3 more minutes. Serve with pasta.
