Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, approx. 200 g
  • 3 tbsp Ajvar, more if desired
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, more if desired
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 pinch(s) white pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A low-calorie version of the full-fat yogurt dressing, quick and easy to make at home.

Mix all ingredients well. You can vary the amount of soy sauce and salt to your taste. The ajvar gives the dressing its spiciness, so if you prefer it spicy, you can add more. Finally, season the dressing again and then mix it into the salad. I really enjoyed the dressing with a salad of bell peppers, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, and kidney beans. Tip: If you prefer a little more sauce with your salad, you can also add 3-4 tablespoons of milk.
