Spicy zucchini soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • some flour
  • some water
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 4 zucchini
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Tabasco
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat oil in a saucepan, fry the finely diced onions until translucent, dust with flour, and fry briefly, then add the broth while stirring. Dice the zucchini and bell peppers and add them. Bring the soup to a boil and season with cayenne pepper, salt, thyme, and Tabasco. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
