Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 jar of ajvar
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, finely diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the cottage cheese with the quark and ajvar, then mince the garlic and stir in the diced bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious with boiled potatoes, baked potatoes, grilled meat, fish, or vegetables.
