Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g mascarpone
- 75 g sugar
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml pineapple juice
- 3 tbsp chips (coconut chips)
- 2 slices of pineapple

Pineapple Coconut Dessert
Combine low-fat quark, mascarpone, sugar, coconut milk, and pineapple juice. Toast the coconut chips in a dry pan until golden brown and let cool. Cut the pineapple slices into pieces. Ladle the cream into bowls and garnish with coconut chips and pineapple pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
