Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g fresh leaf spinach
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 2 guava(s)
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

No store-bought smoothie comes anywhere close to the quality of homemade ones

Blend the cleaned and pre-chopped ingredients in a blender or hand blender until you reach the desired consistency. Pour into a glass and consume immediately! Freshness is crucial. This is also the reason why no store-bought smoothie can even come close to the quality of a homemade one. Guavas can be used with the peel on – if the fruit is truly ripe and beautiful. However, the peel can also be removed and discarded if you can’t find a perfectly certified organic product. Guavas are a type of berry with very valuable nutritional ingredients. The smoothie tastes fresher with some ice. Add a dollop of honey. The sky’s the limit.
