Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g spinach, fresh
- 1 banana(s)
- ½ mango(s)
- 1 pear(s)
- e.g. banana(s), some slices
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
And a little pear, then the smoothie is perfect.
Wash and trim the spinach. Peel the banana and mango, core the pear, and cut the fruit into pieces. Set aside some banana slices for garnish, if desired. Place the spinach, fruit, and 200 ml of cold water in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the smoothie into attractive glasses and serve immediately. Tip: If you can’t find fresh spinach, you can of course use frozen spinach or fresh chard, for example.
