Late summer fruit smoothie with spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of leaf spinach
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 5 plums
  • 1 mango(s)
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the fruit and spinach. Pit the plums. Separate the mango flesh from the stone, but leave the peel on. Place all ingredients in a blender and fill with water up to the 1-liter mark. Blend on high for 1 minute. The advantage of this smoothie is that it doesn’t separate so quickly, so you don’t need to stir it again immediately in the glass.
