Spinach – Ham – Pizza

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g yeast
  • ¼ liter milk, lukewarm
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 5 mushrooms (chanterelles), sliced
  • ½ onion(s), cut into strips
  • 150 g leaf spinach, cooked
  • 4 slices of Parma ham, roughly shredded
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Cheese, e.g. Edam, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Place the flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, and add the yeast and a pinch of sugar. Pour in half of the milk and mix to form a pre-dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1/2 hour. Then add the remaining ingredients and let the dough rise, again covered, until it has roughly doubled in size. Roll out the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Top with the remaining ingredients and finish baking the pizza at 220°C for about 10 minutes.
