Spinach lasagna

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g spinach, frozen
  • 300 g quark, low-fat
  • 100 g light mozzarella
  • 200 g lasagna sheet(s)
  • nutmeg
  • Salt, white
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

low-calorie, easy, quick and delicious

This recipe is very simple and quick, yet filling and low in calories. Preheat the oven to 200°C and defrost the spinach in the microwave. Season the quark generously with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. You can add a little cream (or equivalent diet products) if desired. Grease the baking dish and then start layering: first spinach, then lasagna sheets, and finally the quark. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients. The last layer should be spinach. Then place it in the oven for about 35 minutes. Only spread the mozzarella on top about 10 minutes before the end of the baking time; otherwise, in my experience, it tends to dry out too much.
