Spinach Noodles with Tomatoes and Bacon
The perfect spinach noodles with tomatoes and bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Pasta
- 250 g Spinach
- 60 g Coktail tomatoes
- 60 g Bacon slices
- 0,5 Onion
- 50 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Mustcat, salt, pepper
- Cut the onions into cubes, cut the bacon into thin strips, quarter the tomatoes. Cooking pasta with salt until al dente. Fry the onions bacon until crispy. Tomatoes pure 1-2 with roast. Add the spinach milk (if it is frozen, reduce the spinach until it is thawed). Add the pasta with nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
- 2nd tip: It works best in a wok pan 🙂 Note: I don’t know whether the grams are correct, I cook according to how I feel.
