Simple Country Bread
The perfect simple country bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Wheat flour
- 7 g Dry yeast
- Lukewarm water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar fine
- Oil
- Mix the flour with the yeast and mix with the lukewarm water to form a smooth dough. Knead well (about 5 minutes). Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Preferably in a pot. Cover with a linen cloth. When the dough has doubled its amount, knead for another 2 minutes. Always from the inside out!
- Preheat the stove to 180 degrees and shape the dough into a bread. Put in a loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes. The fresh country bread is ready and everyone will be happy, just not the baker! Have fun baking and good appetite.
- The recipe is also suitable for rolls!
