Spinach pasta with salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. spaghetti or penne)
  • salt water
  • 600 g spinach (spiced spinach)
  • 4 slice(s) salmon fillet(s), fresh
  • possibly cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Heat the spinach. Steam the salmon and dice it. Mix everything together and season with cayenne pepper if desired. If you don’t like salmon, you can dice hard-boiled eggs and mix in instead.
