Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pkt. pizza dough, including sauce (ready-made package)
  • 1 pack of leaf spinach, frozen
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 tomatoes, party
  • 1 bag(s) of cheese (grated cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

It’s best to thaw the spinach the day before. Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions and, while you’re doing this, brown the minced meat until nicely browned. Spread the sauce on the pizza. Spread the minced meat and thawed spinach on the pizza, and preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Slice/ring the tomatoes and onion and arrange them on the pizza. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pizza. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes and then enjoy.
