Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pc. puff pastry
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 150 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp wild garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp milk
- 200 g cooked ham
- 450 g spinach
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 100 g cheese

Line a pie dish with the puff pastry base and prick with a fork. Combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, wild garlic, and milk until stiff, season to taste, and spread evenly over the puff pastry. Sprinkle the diced ham over the top and press down. Whisk the eggs, stir in the spinach thoroughly, and season to taste. Then pour the mixture into the quiche dish over the feta cheese and ham. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 160°C for about 40 minutes.
