  • 8 eggs
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • Cucumber juice

how my husband likes him

Boil and peel the eggs. Then cut them into large cubes (depending on how large you want them). Let them cool slightly. Cut the gherkin into small cubes and mix with the eggs, mayonnaise, and chives. Season with salt and pepper, and if you like, add a little gherkin broth.
