Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spinach, young
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 250 g apples
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- ½ tsp herbal salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- 1 tsp thyme, fresh or dried
- some milk to lengthen
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Wash the fresh, young spinach thoroughly, drain, and trim or tear off the stems. Peel and grate the carrots, and wash and finely chop the apples. Apples with rosy cheeks are best. For the dressing, combine all ingredients and season to taste. Add milk, if desired. Place the spinach in a bowl or on a plate, scatter the carrots and apples on top. Pour the dressing over the spinach.
