The 3-coloured combination makes this cake visually particularly interesting and also seduces vegetable opponents
Whisk 4 eggs, the vanilla sugar, and the sugar until very fluffy. While continuing to whisk, add the spinach and oil. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Bake on a greased and floured baking tray at 160°C for approx. 25 minutes. Use a light flour to make the base easier to remove. Let the base cool. Trim the edges and crumble them. The crumbs will be used later as crumbles! Meanwhile, whip the whipped cream with the sugar until stiff. Whisk the QimiQ with rum until creamy and fold in the whipped cream. Spread the red jam over the base, spread the cream on top, and sprinkle with the crumbles. Store in a cool, dry place until ready to serve.
