Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g wheat flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 60 g spinach
- some salt and pepper
- possibly water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
perfect for children too
Mix the above ingredients into a thick dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes. After the resting time, press the dough through a spaetzle press into boiling salted water. Cook until the spaetzle float to the top, then skim off the dough.
