Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section, with tomato sauce
- 300 g shelled prawns, cooked
- 150 g pak choi, cooked
- 100 g spring onion(s), cooked
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce, very hot
- 1 red chili pepper(s), sliced
- 1 chili pepper(s), green, sliced
- 2 tbsp garlic oil
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
With prawns and spring onions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the bok choy, prawns, and onions into 1.5 cm pieces. Slice the chilies into thin rings. Roll out the pizza dough on a buttered baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and drizzle with the sriracha sauce. Spread all the ingredients on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes (15 minutes on the lowest setting, 20 minutes on the middle setting).
