Spiral pasta with paprika and feta sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ pack of feta cheese
  • pepper
  • chili flakes
  • n. B. herbs
  • herbal salt
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with garlic and a dash of cream

Cook the spiral pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Deseed and dice the bell peppers. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat oil in a pot and briefly sauté the bell peppers and garlic. Then add pepper, chili flakes, and herb salt—and a little water if necessary to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot. Add the cream and feta cheese and simmer gently until the pasta is cooked through. Drain the pasta and rinse well. Season the sauce with herbs, if desired. I always add the pasta immediately to the pot with the sauce, mix everything well, and then plate it up.
