Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 375 g potato flour
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- 50 ml spirit
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pack of cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
quick and chocolatey
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Alternately beat in the eggs and sifted potato flour, then slowly stir in the spirit. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 1 hour. Once cooled, cover with the chocolate glaze.
