Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • 500 g sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup(s) milk, hot, (250 ml)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder, and milk and beat again until frothy. Pour into a springform pan and bake at 175°C for 50-60 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings.
