Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
without weighing
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with baking paper and bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes.
