Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease a 26 cm springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. First, whisk the eggs with the vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy, until the mixture has almost doubled in size. Slowly add the flour and baking powder, stirring quickly. Pour into the springform pan and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Loosen the sides and turn out the base.
