Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g butter
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 3 tsp water
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Recipe for children

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a 14 cm springform pan. Cream the butter, sugar, egg, and water until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift over the creamy mixture, and stir in. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Tip: This cake can be varied to your liking by adding nuts, almonds, chocolate, fruit, or a baking flavoring.
