Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 400 g sugar
- 300 g double cream cheese
- 200 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, optional as marble cake variant

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
With cream cheese
Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, then add the eggs. Combine the flour, cornstarch, almonds, and baking powder and gradually stir into the cream cheese mixture. For a marble cake, pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased and floured springform pan. Mix the remaining batter with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and spread it over the first batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 60 minutes.
