  • 230 g Pear fresh
  • 150 g Tart apples

  • Sort the grapes, weigh 400 grams, wash and quarter ... Wash the pear, remove the core and finely dice ... Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes

Manufacturing

  • Mix the fruit pieces with sugar and vanilla in a large saucepan and let the juice form for about 90 - 120 minutes ... bring to a boil, simmer for about 20 minutes and puree finely with a pair of coarse to whole pieces of fruit ... continue to simmer leave until a thick syrupy mixture is formed (approx. 10-15 minutes) ... fill a jar that has been rinsed with hot water, screw it on and stand upside down, let it cool for approx. 5-7 minutes ... turn it over and let it cool completely

  • Store airtight jars in a cool, dark place where the fruit honey will keep for several months ... keep the opened jar in the refrigerator and use within a few weeks
