Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of chervil
  • 200 g sour milk
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious with leaf salads

Chop the chervil. Mix together the sour milk, cream, vinegar, and lime juice. Season the dressing with salt and pepper and stir in the chervil. The dressing tastes great with leaf salads or salads with spring vegetables.
