Spring egg salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 100 g cucumber(s)
  • 40 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and slice the eggs. Wash and slice the radishes. Dice the cucumber and mix all ingredients. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, chives, mustard, lemon juice, and salt, season to taste, and pour over the salad ingredients. Let the salad marinate well until ready to serve.
